HIGH TIPPING BUCKETS
Now it’s about the big loads. UFO’s tipping buckets handle materials with a volume weight of 800–1,000 kg / m³ (wood chips, shavings, peat, coal, etc.). The tipping cylinders are located in the ends (2.5–20 m³), which is unique to the construction. It offers a number of benefits: i.a. the risk of freezing of chips is minimized as the bucket inside is free of protruding beams and the like. The bucket is completely emptied, regardless of material, and the bucket’s ability to penetrate the material during loading increases. In addition, the design of the buckets increases the emptying height by approximately 1,500 mm. The bucket steel is prepared for cutting inserts.
